Day: 2 Delhi – Corbett National Park

Day 2 of this bike tour in India offers enchanting opportunities for nature watch. After breakfast, we will leave the hotel and drive straight to the stupendous Corbett National Park.

The national park is a part of the larger tiger reserve located in Nainital. Covering the larger distance between Delhi and Corbett National Park on the first day itself might feel overwhelming for some of our tour members, so we would be driving to reach the nature’s paradise safely and quickly. Day: 3 Corbett National Park

Day: 4 Corbett – Thalisain

On the very first day of cycling, you will be heading towards Thalisain to get enchanted by the beauty of one of the most popular Himalayan villages in Garhwal. The thick and dense forest at this destination is the underlying reason that this village tops the list of the must-see places in Uttaranchal. The scenic beauty is augmented by the calming trail fringed with panoramic waterfalls, rivers and creeks. Day: 5 Thalisain – Mandakal

Our next destination is the tiny remote hamlet Mandakal which is dotted with all things beautiful. The gorgeous topography of this village allows you to witness the beauty of the Garhwal Himalayas at its best. The trail to Mandakal is filled with lush grandeur of natural vegetation including pine, spruce and maple. The views on the way are fascinating and can be enjoyed throughout the biking distance of 60 kms. After reaching Mandakal, we will spend the night at a camping spot.

Day: 6 Mandakal – Pauri

As you know the itinerary for day 6 is quite long, however, if you wish to explore Panaji we can start the day early and cover some of the tourist hotspots before leaving. For a vibrant and visually incredible start of the day, we will take a ferry ride to reach Fort Aguada which was the most prized and chief defence of the Portuguese. Strategically located on the Mandovi river, the 17th century fort still attracts tourists from across the globe. It would take you around two hours to immerse in the beauty of this historic fort. From here, we will bike towards the humdrum of the most popular beaches in Goa, like Calangute, Candolim and Anjuna.

Biking through the lush green meadows, we will turn our handlebars towards our next destination which is one of the most popular holy lands in Garhwal. The gorgeous sights of Pauri are easily accessible via the captivating bike trails. Pauri is situated at a height of 1800 meters and hence becomes a majestic destination to offer all colors of nature’s paradise. The undisturbed vistas of majestic Himalayas attract a lot of tourists. Day: 19 Deoprayag – Rishikesh

On day 19, we will be hitting the roads on our bikes for one last time. We will be turning our handlebars towards the surreal, spiritual and adventurous city of Rishikesh. Our trails for the day are carved nearby the raging Ganges that flows in its full glory until Rishikesh. The celestial city is surrounded by the might Himalayas on three sides and is also known as an adventure hub. The suburban areas at Rishikesh offer many adventure filled opportunities such as rock climbing, hiking, rappelling, and the renowned white water rafting. The timelessness can also be experienced at the iconic suspension bridges.
