Day: 2 Thatekkad

After spending a day full of historical touring, the second day starts when we leave the hotel at Kochi after breakfast. We begin cycling and carry a delectable meal along to stop midway and take the lunch. On day 2 you will be pedalling for about 60 kms but there is no fixed schedule to do so. You are free to stop cycling and get into the backup vehicle whenever you want. We can take as many stops as you want to explore the stunning views offered on our way to Thatekkad. The town is famous as the richest bird habitat and it owes its glory to Dr. Salim Ali, after whose name the famous Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary has been built. More than 200 bird species along with hornbill, large falcon and jungle fowls are there to create a welcoming ride experience in Kerala. After exploring the 25 sq km wide bird sanctuary, we will move forward toBhoothathankettu. It is a dam offering spellbinding sights of forests and hills.

Day: 3 Munnar

Day: 4 Munnar

Day: 5 Periyar

Leaving the pretty little hill station of Munnar behind is tough, but you won’t miss it for a second as the cycling trails from Munnar to Periyar has the most unexplored and unspoilt viewpoints misted with natural beauty. The serene landscape of this deep valley offers some challenging trails that have an unmatched fascination for both amateurs and enthusiastic cyclists. The valley here has the charm of spice plantations and the best culmination of aesthetics can be seen in the Cardamom Hill Reserve. As you approach towards the unspoilt wilderness of Periyar, you would experience a sense of ecstasy due to the refreshing climate and of course the famous wildlife surroundings. Day: 6 Periyar National Park

Day: 8 Kumarakom

Day: 9 Kumarakom

Day: 11 Marari Beach

The day starts by leaving the houseboat after breakfast. You will be pedalling around the narrow lanes in the nearby villages to reach a relatively unexplored place named Mararikulam. The azure waters of this fishing village are a sight to behold.
